Upgrade devture/ansible (2.13.6-r0 -> 2.13.6-r0-1)

This is a rebuild on Alpinelinux 3.17.0 (previously 3.16.2).
The new container image tag was pushed for arm32 and arm64 architectures
as well (2.13.6-r0 was `amd64`-only due to CI trouble in the past).
