v0.5.0 makes LIVEKIT_FULL_ACCESS_HOMESERVERS a required setting and
drops the implicit `*` wildcard default upstream.

Split the full-access-homeservers list into _default/_auto/_custom
parts (following the convention used for other variables in this role),
with a sane _default of the homeserver's own domain. This also lets
group_vars/matrix_servers drop its now-redundant override.

Add a validate_config.yml check requiring the setting to be defined.

Replaces `community.docker.docker_image` with the modern
`docker_image_pull` and `docker_image_build` split modules. Drops the
`ansible_version` compatibility ladder and the now-redundant
`_container_image_force_pull` variable (the new pull module handles
registry refresh natively via `pull: always`). Also registers
`_container_image_build_result` so that a self-build rebuild correctly
triggers a service restart.

This is an initial implementaton that's hasn't been battle-tested much.

Our LiveKit Server setup by default doesn't enable TURN, so connectivity

    Make livekit-jwt-service communicate with livekit-server via public URLs

    Communicating via container URLs works, but the URL provided to
    livekit-jwt-service as `LIVEKIT_URL` is also passed to the user later
    and it must be a public one at that point.

    It'd be great if livekit-jwt-service can be given 2 different URLs
    (e.g. `LIVEKIT_URL` and `LIVEKIT_URL_PUBLIC`) and only announce the
    public one to the user, but there's no support for this yet.
