This reverts commit 421b592690.

The org.matrix.msc4143.rtc_foci property is indeed gone from MSC4143 and
Element Call v0.24.0 no longer reads it, but Element Web does not ship that
version of Element Call yet. v1.12.26 embeds Element Call v0.22.0, which
discovers transports through the well-known property.

That embedded copy cannot consult the homeserver's RTC transports API
instead: it runs as a widget, a widget holds no access token and the API
requires authentication, so its own discovery code skips the API branch
outright. Newer Element Call versions ask their host client over the widget
API (MSC4515) and Element Web already implements that side of it, but the
widget has to speak it too.

Dropping the property therefore left Element Web and Element Desktop users
with MISSING_MATRIX_RTC_TRANSPORT when starting a call.

The restored variables carry a comment about why the property stays, and the
changelog entry is rewritten to announce the revert.

Emit a /.well-known/matrix/mautrix file listing the base URLs of all
enabled and exposed mautrix bridges under the `fi.mau.bridges` property,
so tools like Mautrix Manager (https://github.com/mautrix/manager) can
auto-discover them.

The list is built in group_vars from each bridge's public address and is
gated on the bridge being enabled, the playbook attaching its Traefik
labels, and the exposure router being emitted, so we only advertise URLs
that are actually reachable. The file follows the same auto/custom and
configuration-extension pattern as the other well-known files and is only
written when the list is non-empty.

This is an initial implementaton that's hasn't been battle-tested much.

Our LiveKit Server setup by default doesn't enable TURN, so connectivity
for NAT-ed clients may be subpar.

    Make livekit-jwt-service communicate with livekit-server via public URLs

    Communicating via container URLs works, but the URL provided to
    livekit-jwt-service as `LIVEKIT_URL` is also passed to the user later
    and it must be a public one at that point.

    It'd be great if livekit-jwt-service can be given 2 different URLs
    (e.g. `LIVEKIT_URL` and `LIVEKIT_URL_PUBLIC`) and only announce the
    public one to the user, but there's no support for this yet.
