ansible.builtin.mount does not support changing mount propagation,
so command is suppressed with noqa rather than replaced with the module.

- Add detect_platform.yml with a single `matrix_base_host_is_synology`
boolean (null = autodetect, true/false = force); all Synology gates now
use this variable instead of reaching into the raw stat result
- Make recursive chown conditional: stat the data path before any changes
and only run `chown -R` (native binary, not Ansible file recurse) when
uid/gid actually differs from expected
- Expose `matrix_base_synology_requests_version_constraint` so the
requests<2.32 pin can be bumped without a code change
- Replace Python GID lookup with `synogroup --get` + regex_search,
dropping the python3 dependency for that step
- Require `matrix_synology_user_password` (non-empty) and create the
service account with expired=1 so it cannot be used to log in to DSM
- Apply `mount --make-shared /volume1` during setup so the first run
no longer requires a manual step before starting services
- Use `devture_systemd_docker_base_host_command_docker` and
`devture_systemd_docker_base_host_command_systemctl` in the boot-fix
script instead of hardcoded paths
- Boot-fix now also restarts matrix-*.service units in `failed` state,
not only `inactive`
- Update docs to reflect all of the above

Tuwunel is a Matrix homeserver maintained by the matrix-construct
organisation. See https://matrix-construct.github.io/tuwunel/.
The rendered TOML emits only keys exposed as Ansible variables; the
rest fall back to tuwunel's upstream defaults. Anything not surfaced
can be set via the TUWUNEL_* env extension or by overriding the
template path.
Popular features Tuwunel adds variables for:
- OAuth2/OIDC identity providers (a list of `[[global.identity_provider]]`
blocks; brand-aware defaults for Google, GitHub, Keycloak, MAS, etc)
- LDAP and JWT authentication
- Media storage providers (native local and S3 with multipart upload)
- RocksDB tuning (compression, direct_io, parallelism, online backups)
- Native TLS dual-protocol mode
- Blurhashing, Sentry crash reporting
Auto-wired from existing playbook globals: well-known client URL,
TURN/coturn, MatrixRTC LiveKit URL, federation.
The `tuwunel-migrate-from-conduwuit` tag performs a binary-swap
migration. Migration from any other Conduit derivative is unsupported
and would corrupt the database.

`ansible.builtin.yum` is no longer available in newer Ansible versions.
We may use `ansible.builtin.dnf` instead, but `ansible.builting.package`
seems like a safer bet that should work in both older & newer RHEL-based
distros.

This is a backward-incompatible change. By default, Ansible creates
users with (e.g.) `/bin/sh` on Linux, so changing to a no shell
leads to different behavior.
That said, it appears that using a shell-less user works OK with regard
to Ansible execution and starting the systemd services/containers later on.

This is done for a few reasons:
- less globals and more indepdendence for each role is better. We rely
on various externally-hosted roles and they don't rely on this global
either.
- `matrix_container_global_registry_prefix` could make people think they
could just override this variable and have all their images pull from
elsewhere. This is rarely the case, unless you've taken special care
to mirror all the various components (from their respective
registries) to your own. In such a case, you probably know what you're
mirroring and can adjust individual variables.
- nowadays, various components live on different registries.
With Docker Inc tightening rate limits for Docker Hub, it's even more
likely that we'll see increased diversity in where images are hosted
This is still very far from usable.
Various bridges and bots are still talking to
`matrix-nginx-proxy` instead of the new `matrix-homeserver-proxy` role.
These services need to be reworked. While reworking them,
various cleanups are being done as well as adding Traefik-labels to
those that need them.

This fixes a regression since the change done in c1c152f7ac.
When another role (say `matrix-jitsi`) included `roles/custom/matrix-base/tasks/util/ensure_openssl_installed.yml`,
which then included `{{ role_path }}/tasks/util/ensure_openssl_installed_DISTRO.yml`,
that `role_path` variable would end up being the parent role
(`matrix-jitsi`) and not the `matrix-base` role, so we'd get a failure.
An alternative solution may have been to avoid using `role_path`, but
importing roles properly (like we've done in this patch) sounds like a better way.
Unfortunately, `import_role` fails if `tasks_from` is something like
`util/ensure_openssl_installed` (containing a `/`), so I had to move
these utils out of `util/`.
